fox was a designer/model/dominatrix/mover/shaker before finding wider attention, and follows Manhattan’s classic trajectory to stardom, as traversed tragically by Edie Sedgwick in the 1960s, and effortlessly by Chloe Sevigny in the 90s. Sevigny can be seen in the new Russian Doll series (Netflix), but before the controversial Kids, her screen debut in 1992 was in The Sonic Youth Video for Sugar Kane (who makes us rabbit holes Marilyn Monroe, but stay focused). In this one, Sévigny parades in uniform of the famous Marc Jacobs vintage collection.
